DESCRIPTION:
Boston Clock Co., Boston, Mass., mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike, tandem-wind movement in a black slate case with multicolor marble inserts, porcelain dial with aperture to view balance wheel escapement.
CONDITION:
heavy stone case is in very nice condition. The two-color incised scrolls are original and bit faded. The dial is fine, as is the beveled glass. Back plate of movement and spring barrel are stamped "200". The movement ticks and stops.
